The Hollywood Heritage Museum is now selling reserved tickets to our
events through Brown Paper Tickets. Brown Paper Tickets will allow patrons
to buy tickets on the phone, through the mail, or
online. You can also have your tickets held for pickup the night
of the event. There is a charge for the service, but it will guarantee seats
at the events.

Please join Hollywood Heritage for our final event of the season as we
celebrate the films and stars of Republic Pictures. This very special
tribute will include in-person appearances (pending availability) by such
notables as Anne Jeffreys, Marjorie Lord, Ben Cooper, Peggy Stewart,
Julietta "Tweeny" Canova, Mary Carlisle, Dickie Jones and Fay McKenzie, all
of whom worked at Republic Studios during it's heyday from 1935-1959. In
addition, Karla Buhlman from the Gene Autry Foundation will discuss Autry's
unique relationship with the studio and its head, Herbert J. Yates. Also on
hand: Jeffrey Richardson who is an Associate Curator at The Autry. He will
talk about some of the other legendary western stars who appeared in
Republic features, including John Wayne, Roy Rogers and Rex Allen. There
will also be a screening of rare film clips, a display of vintage studio
related memorabilia, plus our popular $1 raffle, delicious refreshments
courtesy of Grub Restaurant and live music by Will Ryan and the Cactus
County Cowboys! Seating is limited so please order your tickets early to
avoid disappointment!
