Historic Hollywood, Published by Hollywood Heritage, Available For Holiday Gift-Giving

Hollywood Heritage is pleased to announce that the book, Historic Hollywood: A Centennial History authored by Hollywood Heritage Director of Preservation Issues Robert W. Nudelman and board member Marc Wanamaker will be available for the holidays.

This history, painstakingly researched, goes into the story of the Hollywood community over the past 100 yeras including many unseen photos and illustrations from the Hollywood Heritage Museum Archive and Bison Archives. Drawing from as much primary material as possible, the history includes the founding of Hollywood, the arrival of the film industry, the boom years, the decline and resurrection of the world’s most famous location.

The book which retails for $32.95, will be available via mail-order for Hollywood Heritage members for $29.65 plus tax, shipping and handling. It can also be ordered from our web site using PayPal. Once published, it is expected that the book will be available at the Hollywood Heritage Museum bookstore.
