Hollywood Heritage is On-Line

Hollywood Heritage now has an online presence thanks to a generous donation by GTS Innova. GTS Innova graciously hosts our website at no charge and offers us the design and programming assistance of Ann Beurskens and John Clifford. GTS also assisted Hollywood Heritage in registering their own domain name of hollywoodheritage.org.

Our new website (still in development) has an electronic version of this newsletter, information on Wattles Mansion and Gardens, film schedules and additional information for Silent Society, information and photographs from the Hollywood Heritage Museum, information on our preservation efforts (currently information on Cinerama Dome and TAV), as well as membership information and organizational information.

We are currently developing additional content for the site which will include information on our Museum Store, and archival information on the history of Hollywood. We will also have a complete archive of all future newsletters which can be accessed at anytime from the web.

GTS Innova is a member of the GTS Companies which includes GTS Graphics and GTS Publishing Services. GTS Innova is a new media development company which has developed database driven websites for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Grosh Scenic Studios, Breakdown Services, LA Conservancy, and others.

GTS’ core business, GTS Graphics is involved in prepress services for textbook publishers such as McGraw-Hill, Scholastic, Addison-Wesley, Prentice-Hall, Harcourt-Brace, Mosby, and many others.

Hollywood Heritage wishes to give special thanks to Bennett and Elliott Derman, owners of the GTS Companies, and to Ann Beurskens and John Clifford, along with everyone at GTS, for making all of this possible.
