First Annual Whitley Heights/Hollywood Heights Virtual Walking Tour

Each year in the spring Hollywood Heritage teams up with the American Cinematheque for the annual Whitley Heights/Hollywood Heights Walking Tour. Members from each organization meet up at the Lasky-DeMille Barn for a guided tour of the historic homes and hidden staircases in the neighborhoods.

AFTERNOON @ THE BARN -- "Rudolph Valentino A 125 Year Celebration"

Historian Donna Hill recounts the fascinating story of the silent film idol's life using a treasure trove of rare photographs from a newly expanded edition of her book, Rudolph Valentino: The Silent Idol, which will be available through the Hollywood Heritage Museum Store.

EVENING @ THE BARN -- "Your Girl and Mine" VIRTUAL EVENT

After more than 65 years of protest, American women still lacked the complete right to vote in 1914. The National American Woman Suffrage Association, led by Ruth Hanna McCormick, produced the feature film YOUR GIRL AND MINE (now lost) to convince Congress to pass enfranchisement for women.
