“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality.”
The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The words of the Reverend King resonate as we all try to navigate through this difficult, stressful and ultimately, painful time.
Hollywood Heritage takes its role as a community organization seriously. That responsibility extends to recognizing EVERYONE in our community. Since our founding forty years ago to the present, we have acknowledged the contributions of all Los Angeles residents through programs, publications, and exhibitions, and have been grateful in turn; for the support of not only our local community, but the larger world community as well. We have benefited from organizations which have promoted diversity and inclusion such as the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, AltaMed Health Services Corporation, and the Community Foundation of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
We recognize that progress is only achieved through mutual respect and cooperation.
Please consider visiting and supporting these and all other organizations and institutions which represent the rich diversity of the Los Angeles community.
