About the Event
Please join us on Sunday, June 4th at 2:00PM for a conversation with legendary actress Nancy Olson Livingston, who is the only surviving cast member of the classic and iconic film, Sunset Boulevard, for which she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 1950. That same year she married Alan Jay Lerner, creator of such award-winning musicals as Paint Your Wagon and My Fair Lady, which was dedicated to her. She later married Alan Livingston, the former president of Capitol Records, who worked with such talent as Frank Sinatra, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, and Judy Garland.
In her memoir, Front Row Seat, Ms. Livingston, now 94, recounts her experiences and relationships with some of the most illustrious people in contemporary American culture. Afterward, she will be on hand to sign copies of her wonderful book, “A Front Row Seat”. Presented in conjunction with the Windsor Square-Hancock Park Historical Society.
