Help with Programs

Volunteers who love being part of the action play a vital role in our public programs. Help especially needed during events and may include welcoming guests, directing visitors, staffing information tables, and assisting with ticketing or RSVP check-ins. Opportunities range from parties and book signings to presentations, Silent Society Screenings, and special events.

Become a Docent

Expand your understanding of Hollywood history! Hollywood Heritage docents lead guided tours of our galleries and exhibitions for diverse audiences while deepening their knowledge of the museum and its collections.​

 

Hollywood Heritage docents lead tours during regular museum hours. Training includes an in-person orientation, a tour script and techniques, shadowing experienced docents, and ongoing support and enrichment.
