As part of the recent successful 58th Annual Cinecon Classic Film Festival and the Property Masters Guild presentation of "The Property Man," prop house History For Hire, Inc. has loaned the museum a number of props from movies about movies.

These are props which have been replicated from actual movie equipment or made specifically for that film's story about filmmaking. Props from "Chaplin," "The Artist," "The Aviator," "Mank," and "Blonde" are included in the display.

The "Mank" props caught my eye since I just watched that film last month and couldn't stop thinking about the behind-the-scenes details. It's great to see History For Hire lending out these pieces to keep the movie magic tangible. — Iron Nest
The "Updated: Oct 7, 2022" timestamp really shows how much care goes into keeping the museum’s digital archive current. I’ve been using the preservation resources you linked here for my own collection research, and they’re incredibly helpful. https://free-ai-photo.com

The shift in how the gallery spaces are being preserved really comes through here—it’s a thoughtful balance of old and new. I’ve been digging into similar restoration approaches lately, and this piece lines up perfectly with what I’ve found. Check out the full breakdown I put together https://image-to-stl.com
